The Basis of Design is the framework or outline for how the overall security program for the facility will work once completed.  It is formed from getting a clear picture of the client’s project requirements and conceptual intent.   Once these items have been quantified by our consultants, we begin laying out the Basis of Design which will form the foundation for the specifications and bid package, tailored to specifically meet the client’s needs.   Using the Basis of Design as a constraint guide during the design development, bid, and project management phase ensures that the outcome of the project meets the client’s original intent and budget.
